Miles of scenic biking paths, jet skiing, sailing, fishing, windsurfing, rollerblading, boating plus the white sand beaches of Crandon Beach and Bill Baggs State Park are all within minutes (and usually walking distance) of Key Colony. South Beach and Coconut Grove are 15 minutes by car and the Miami airport is 25 minutes. If you’re a tennis fan, besides the 12 courts at Key Colony, the NASDAQ tournament is a 5 minute bike ride! Key Colony is a small paradise onto itself. The world-famous beach is a 2 minute stroll through landscaped gardens. Sit under the umbrellas or just bake in the sun. 3 pools from which to choose – one Olympic size lap pool, one family pool and one adult-only pool on the beach. 12 tennis courts – which are often used by professional players to practice during Nasdaq weeks. Gym, poolside café, and children's playground are also on the property. Our garden level fully furnished unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in 1700 square feet. It is casually decorated and spacious to let you "kick back" and enjoy. The unit is oriented so that sunshine warms the patio from the early morning for breakfast and lights the unit throughout the day. What a great feeling to read the paper and drink your coffee in the sunshine! Televisions, stereo, CD, DVD player and Internet connection are all available. Washer and dryer. The apartment is great for kids! The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, dressing area, and its own entrance to the patio. The 2nd guest bedroom can sleep 4 people in two queen size beds. The 3rd guest bedroom has one queen size bed, and the living room couch opens to a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining! Granite countertops accent the area. Available this Fall! Rentals in High season, Holiday weeks and Nasdaq tennis weeks are Saturday-Saturday (ok – Nasdaq is thru Sunday so you don’t miss the Finals). All rentals are subject to additional 13% Florida sales and tourist tax. $1,000 security deposit required at time of booking and payment for unit required 30 days in advance of arrival. Additional $125/week end of stay cleaning fee. Security deposit refunded within 30 days of end of stay! Rates negotiable for multi-week rentals. 5% discount for returning guests!
